| 世界经济发展的趋势表明,21世纪将是海洋世纪。面对丰富巨大的海洋资源,沿海国家纷纷把发展的目光转向海洋,通过海洋高新技术的开发和应用,加快海洋产业结构的升级改造,以获得先手优势。鉴于东营市海洋产业结构所表现出的潜力与不足,笔者认为应制定正确的升级战略,选择和培植主导性海洋产业以发挥带动作用,促进海洋经济持续、快速、健康地发展。 |

| Abstract: |
| The development of world economy has indicated that the 21st century is an ocean century. Since the ocean has enormous and abundant resources, many countries along the ocean have shifted their focus on developing marine industry, and expedite adjusting and upgrading structure of marine production in order to gain predominance through exploiting and applying high technologies. The paper analyzes the shortages and potentials of marine production structure of Dongying City, and brings forward some proposals that the government should select and support dominant industry, put up appropriately upgrading strategies, promote the sustainable, rapid and healthy development of marine economy. |
