| 高校领导班子能力建设是高校党建的重要内容,对学校发展目标的实现有着至关重要的作用。高校领导班子能力建设包括提高科学判断形势的能力、民主决策的能力、驾驭学校发展的能力、应对复杂局面及处理突发事件的能力、社会交往和国际交流合作的能力等五个方面的内容。加强高校领导班子能力建设关键是增强“一把手”的亲和力、班子成员的“凝聚力”和党内党外的“向心力”。 |

| Abstract: |
| The competence building of college and university leading group is an important content of the CCP building at institutions of higher learning. It is also of utmost importance to achieve the school development goal. The competence building of college and university leading group includes five aspects, which cover ability to improve scientific judgment of the situation, ability of democratic decision, ability to manage the school, ability to deal with complicated situations and sudden incidents, competence of social contact and international exchange and cooperation. The key to strengthening the competence building of college and university leading group is to heighten the affinity of the head, the cohesion of group members and the centripetal force of inside and outside the Party. |
