| 高校学生申诉的制度化和规范化有利于及时消弭争议、救济权利。但是从现有的立法情况看,其依然存在设计上的缺陷,这尤其体现在学生申诉处理委员会的相关规定上。应该合理界定学生申诉处理委员会的法律性质、人员构成、受理范围、管辖方式、工作原则、权限等问题,为高校的稳定发展和学生正当权益的保护打下良好的基础。 |

| The student appealing system in university is advantageous to promptly solute the dispute and relieve the right. But we find that it still has some flaw in the procedure, especially about the committee of the student appeal. we should reasonably determinate the personnel constitution, the work principle, jurisdiction scope in the committee and so on so as to build the good foundation for the universitiy development and the student rights protection. |
