| 政治参与是一个具有多重内涵的名词,其“硬核”部分表达的就是对政治的介入和影响,是传统政治的表现形式。公民参与的提出是对政治参与“保护带”调整的结果和产物,它与现代民主政治相对应,是现代政治的表现形式。公民参与不仅仅是对政治参与的辩证否定,它还是一种理论范式的转换。 |

| Political participation is the term of a multiple connotations, the expression of the "hard core" part of the term is political intervention and influence, which is a traditional political form. Civil participation is the result and the product which adjust "protection zone" of political participation, and civil participation is modern political forms, which is corresponding with the modern democratic politics. Civil participation is not only dialectical negation to political participation, but also it is a theoretical paradigmatic conversion. |
