| 能源统计工作虽然经过几次变革,但在有效反映能源经济现象实质、为国家宏观调控和制定能源政策等提供依据方面仍相对滞后。中国的能源统计在统计方法、统计范围、评价指标体系、统计报表和统计力量、统计数据等方面都不能适应现行低碳环保型可持续发展经济模式。中国可以从能源量、能源效率、能源结构的统计以及能源清洁生产和消耗的相关统计等方面加强能源统计的研究和管理。 |

| Energy statistics, through a few changes, is still lagging on effectively reflecting the real economic phenomenon of the energy, providing the basis for the national macrocontrol and energy policy. China 's energy statistics in the statistical methods, statistic scope, evaluation index system, statistical reporting and statistical power, statistical data and so on are unable to meet the existing lowcarbon economy environmentally sustainable development. China should strengthen the on energy statistics research and management on energy reserves, energy efficiency, and statistics of energy structure and of clean production and energy consumption. |
