| In the international oil cooperation projects, contract types and contract terms are critical for the effectiveness of a project. PSA types are mainly used in Indonesia, China, Sudan and Syria and they are the contracts which are used often in exploration projects with high risk and high return. Based on the cooperation targets, investors and resources governments will make specific provisions about the tax, investment recovery period, the ratio of cost oil and profit oil in the contract to achieve the maximum of the benefits. |
