| 青岛丰富的高校文化资源对提升青岛的城市竞争力具有重要作用。它能够对城市文化建设起支撑作用、驱动作用、引领作用和升华作用。在文化强市战略下,青岛高校应主动融入青岛、服务青岛。青岛高校文化建设应进一步明确自己的办学思路、凝练大学精神,构建促进城市文化建设的立体化平台,发挥高校科研成果的辐射作用,以多种方式参与青岛文化创意产业建设,以便促进青岛城市文化的建设和发展。 |

| Qingdao rich cultural resources of colleges and universities play an important role in improving city competitiveness. It functions as supporting role, driving role, leading role and sublimating role in the construction of city culture. Under the cultural strategy of strengthening city with culture, Qingdao universities and colleges should be actively integrated into Qingdao and serve Qingdao City. Culture construction in these universities and colleges should further clarify their educational ideas, refine university spirit, build the three-dimensional platform for promoting the city culture construction, bring into play the radiation role in university scientific fruits and participate in a variety of ways to the construction of Qingdao cultural creative industry so as to actively promote the construction and development of Qingdao city culture. |
