| 当前,各国竞相寻求在印度洋的经济、战略与安全利益。国际政治的重心因此正从传统的大西洋与太平洋逐步转向印度洋。这促使印度洋在全球地缘政治版图的重要性日益凸显,成为“21世纪全球博弈的中心舞台之一”。随着中国在印度洋地区的经济、政治与安全利益逐步增多,印度洋地区的大国博弈也越来越离不开中国的参与。在地缘政治意义上,中国也应该成为一个印度洋国家。因此,中国需要结合自己在印度洋的利益目标,依据自己的国力,尽早确立一个科学合理的印度洋战略。 |

| Abstract: |
| At present, many countries are seeking economic, strategic and security interests in the Indian Ocean. International political center therefore shifted gradually from the Atlantic and Pacific to the Indian ocean region, which increasingly prompted importance of Indian Ocean in global geopolitical landscape, and become center stage of global game in the 21st century. As Chinese various interests including security and economy in the Indian ocean region gradually increased, great games among powers in this region have become increasingly inseparable from the China 's participation. In regard to geopolitical significance, China should also be one of Indian Ocean countries. On the basis of its own strength, China should establish a scientific and reasonable strategy of the Indian ocean as soon as possible according China 's interests. |
