| 当前,经济业务往来越来越频繁,物资采购领域合同的正确履行对企业经济业务的成功与否起着至关重要的作用。而物资采购合同履行阶段往往存在一系列的法律风险,主要表现在资料不全、质量瑕疵、不可抗力、超诉讼时效等七种风险,因此,从企业管理和建设的角度考虑,企业需要采取强化法律培训、健全法律风险防控体系、建立合同管理和合同履行控制系统等宏观对策。 |

| At present, economic business is more and more frequent. Whether can we perform the contract rightly in the field of material purchasing plays an important role in enterprise 's economic business. There are often a series of legal risks in the stage of performing material purchasing contract. They mainly display in seven aspects of incomplete materials, quality defects, force majeure, out of lawsuit aging, etc. So thinking from the perspective of enterprise management and construction, the enterprise needs to take macroscopic countermeasures of strengthening the legal training, improving the legal risk prevention and control system, establishing the control system of contract management and performance and so on. |
