| 列宁的对外贸易思想主要包括:发展对外贸易是基于共同的经济利益打破帝国主义经济封锁的需要;开辟多种贸易渠道,重点发展同美国的贸易往来;转换身份,以商人身份开展同资本主义国家的贸易往来;坚持对外贸易中的垄断制。列宁的对外贸易思想对当代中国的对外开放具有重要启示:继续坚持和扩大对外开放的基本政策不可动摇;全方位地利用国际市场,扩大对外贸易;积极转变对外贸易增长方式,提高对外贸易的质量和效益;在对外开放中坚持独立自主、平等互利的原则,切实维护国家经济安全。 |

| The thought and practice of Lenin 's foreign trade mainly includes:Foreign trade is based on the common economic interest to break imperialist economy blockade; foreign trade is to open up a variety of trade channels and focus on developing with the United States. It is necessary for transformation status to develop the same capitalist country by the capitalist countries and to adhere to the system of monopoly in foreign trade. We continue to adhere to the basic open-up policy to make full use of international market. We should expand the foreign trade and transform the mode of the growth, and also improve the quality and efficiency of foreign trade. When we persist in opening up to the outside word, we should maintain independence and keep mutual benefit to safeguard national economic security. |
