| Abstract: |
| The implementation of the yellow-blue economic strategy must be supported by the science and technology, talented persons, and information. To serve the regional economy and social development is the need of universities development and is the historic mission of universities entrusted by the times. The electronic reading rooms of university libraries in Shandong have the advantages in the regional discipline, the special collections, the literature resources, talent team, and software and hardware of electronic information for servicing yellow-blue economic strategy. With these advantages, the electronic reading rooms in university libraries in Shandong should strengthen the basic services, expand the extension services, and improve the service quality in order to better serve for the yellow-blue economic strategy. |
