| 近年来,美国积极寻找应对军事能源供需挑战的解决之道。奥巴马政府通过出台《作战能源战略》及《作战能源战略实施计划》,改革创新相关制度,力推美军作战能源的战略转型,冀以此提升美军在全球战略布局转换中的作战效能,配合国内能源环境新政的实施。由于受国防预算限制与党派政治影响,美军作战能源向可再生燃料转变的进程势必遭遇挫折且进展缓慢,但其绿色化、清洁化的总体方向不会改变。美国调整军事能源战略的经验值得中国重视与借鉴。 |

| Abstract: |
| In recent years, the United States are seeking solutions to cope with a series of energy challenges facing military troops. The Obama Administration has formulated the "Operational Energy Strategy" and its "Implementation Plan", making some reforms in relevant institutions, hoping to realize the strategic transformation of US operational energy use, strengthen combat effectiveness of US troops home and abroad and at the same time, coordinate with its comprehensive "energy-environment" initiatives. Owing to defense budget cuts and party politics, the adjustment of US military energy strategy has met some setbacks, while in the long run, US troops will stay in the direction of seeking green energy. The experience of US adjustment on military energy strategy could provide useful reference for China. |
