| 加强教材资源建设是高校图书馆发挥自身职能的途径,其在提高高等教育的质量和高校的办学水平等方面具有重要作用。高校图书馆教材资源建设应遵循系统性、重点性、层次性、实用性和经济性原则。加强高校图书馆教材资源建设的主要措施是:加强采购管理,合理配置资源;加强部门间的合作,科学安排馆藏;加强与师生交流,认真听取师生的意见等。 |

| College library develops its own function by strengthening the construction of teaching resources, which plays an important role in improving the quality of higher education and the level of teaching. Library resources construction of university should comply with systematic, focal, hierarchical, practical and economic principle. The main measures to intensify the teaching resources construction of university library are to enhance procurement management and make a rational allocation of resources, to augment the cooperation between departments and arrange collection reasonable, to increase the communication between teachers and students, and take their advance. |
