| 生物资源是自然资源的重要组成部分,不仅为农、林、牧、渔业的发展提供了基础,而且为新能源的开发提供了保障。黄河三角洲生物资源丰富,利用效果显著。但还存在湿地退化、基础设施不配套、湿地研究与监测条件较差、保护和开发存在矛盾等问题。因此,应建立实时地理信息系统,大力发展生态旅游业,加大污染治理和环境保护力度,加快生物资源修复工作,进行资源监测和评估,提高全民保护意识等等,以科学合理地管理、利用、保护黄河三角洲地区的生物资源。 |

| Abstract: |
| As an important part of natural resources, biological resources not only provide the foundation for the development of agriculture, forest, husbandry and fishery, but also provide guarantee for the development of new energy sources. The Yellow River Delta is rich in biological resources, whose utilization effect is remarkable. But it also faces many problems including wetland degradation, discordant infrastructure, poor wetland research and monitoring condition, and contradiction between protection and development. Therefore, the Yellow River Delta should establish a real-time geographic information system, develop ecological tourism, strengthen pollution control and environmental protection, accelerate the repair work of biological resources, conduct resource monitoring and assessment and enhance the protection consciousness of all the people so as to manage, utilize and protect the biological resources in the Yellow River Delta scientifically and reasonably. |
