| 新型高校智库建设不仅可以提升国家软实力,而且可以激发高校内动力。目前新型高校智库尚处于起步阶段,在建设思路上要明确内涵、丰富外延,点面结合、多方推进,强调协同、突出特色。为此,可通过组建专业化智库团队、构建供需对接平台、建立多途径传播机制、建立激励考核机制、加强信息数据库建设等途径来推动新型高校智库建设。 |

| The new university think tank construction can not only enhance the country 's "soft power", but also boost the growth momentum of universities and colleges. The new university think tank is still in its infancy. First of all, we need to be clear of its connotations and advance its construction in all-round way while stressing cooperation and distinctive features. In terms of its operation mode, we need to form specialized think-tank team, construct supply and demand docking platform, expand multiple routes of transmission channels, establish incentive mechanism, strengthen the construction of information database, etc. |
