研究生培养中导师与辅导员联动机制的构建

摘要:
中国研究生群体的规模在研究生扩招后不断扩大,许多新问题在研究生培养过程中逐渐凸显。研究生导师和辅导员是研究生培养工作的主体,建立合力育人的联动机制是深化研究生培养机制改革、解决当前研究生培养过程中存在问题的有效途径。从教育生态学视域看,将研究生导师、辅导员两支力量进行融合,构建整体互存、动态平衡、和谐共生的联动机制,对全面提高研究生培养质量具有重要意义。

The Construction of the Linkage Mechanism Between Tutors and Counselors in Graduate Education

Abstract:
With the expanding scale of postgraduate students in China, many new problems have arisen in the process of postgraduate cultivation. As postgraduate students tutors and counselors are the main body of postgraduate cultivation, it is necessary to establish a linkage mechanism to promote the reform of postgraduate cultivation mechanism and to solve the problems. From the perspective of educational ecology, it is of great significance for improving of the overall quality of postgraduate cultivation to unite students tutors and counselors and establish linkage mechanism.
