| 健全学科建设管理体制是高校全面深化内部综合改革的重要组成部分,“双一流”计划的推进实施,更是将学科建设管理体制问题摆在十分突出的位置。当前,高校学科建设管理体制还存在组织结构不健全、职责不明确、制度建设不完善等问题。高校应当坚持以学科建设为龙头和统领,选择适合学校实际情况的学科建设管理体制,健全学科组织结构,清晰界定各层级的权责边界,并完善学科配套管理制度和机制,以保障学科建设管理体制健康高效运行。 |

| Abstract: |
| Improving the discipline construction management system is an important part of comprehensively deepening the internal reform of colleges and universities, and the advance and implementation of the "double world-class" plan further puts its problems in a very prominent position. At present, there still exist some problems, such as incomplete organizational structure, unclear responsibilities and imperfect system construction. Colleges and universities should insist on discipline construction as the key and central task, choose the proper management system suitable for the school 's actual situation, improve the discipline structure, clearly define the boundary of power and responsibility at all levels, and form a complete set of discipline construction management system and mechanism to make sure the discipline construction management system runs healthily and efficiently. |
