大学课堂中“假性边缘人”现象及解决对策

摘要:
大学课堂中的“假性边缘人”是指不具有边缘人格却疏离于课堂教学的学生,具有迷惑性、情景性、阶段性、群体性、不觉性、差异性等表现特征。大学课堂中存在“假性边缘人”的主要原因是学生学习动力不足、教师课堂掌控缺失、课堂生态环境欠佳、课程设置安排不当、教学制度制定刻板。要遏制大学课堂中的“假性边缘人”现象,需要学生、教师、教学管理者多管齐下,通过学生内省、教师引导、课堂生态环境优化、课程科学合理安排、以人为本制定教学制度等措施激发学生的学习兴趣,吸引学生参与到课堂教学中来,提升课堂教学质量。

Analysis and Countermeasures of the Phenomenon of "Pseudo Marginal Man" in College Classroom

Abstract:
The "pseudo marginal man" in college classroom is the student who has no marginal character but does not participate in the classroom teaching, and has the performance characteristics of being deceptive, situational, periodical, collective,and non-consciousness and differences. The existence of "pseudo marginal man"in college classroom is mainly due to the students 'lack of learning motivation, the teachers lack of classroom control ability, the worsening classroom ecological environment, the inappropriate curriculum arrangement, and the rigid teaching system.To curb the phenomenon requires the joint efforts of students, teachers and teaching managers. To enhance the quality of classroom teaching, we need to stimulate students 'interest in learning and attract students to participate in classroom teaching through students introspection, teachers guides, optimization of classroom ecological environment, scientific and rational arrangement of courses, and students-oriented teaching system.
