| 新锐作家张继的长篇小说《去城里受苦吧!》通过讲述村民牛贵祥因征地纠纷被迫状告村长李木的故事,生动地反映了当下鲁南农民的法律意识现状。“权大于法”的观念仍在根深蒂固地左右着许多农民的思想;个体权利意识淡薄的农民习惯于服从行政指令;农民文化素质相对偏低,直接影响了法律知识的接受水平。因此提高广大农民的法律意识是一项任重道远的工程。小说还表现了对社会转型期乡村的价值观念、人际关系深刻变化的关注和思考。 |

| New author Zhangji 's novel, To Suffer in Town, vividly reflects the status of the legal consciousness of farmers in Southern Shandong by telling the story in which farmer Niu Guixiang was forced to sue the village chief Limu for requisition of land disputes. The thoughts that power is bigger than the law are still deeply influencing many farmers. The farmers who lack individual rights consciousness are used to obeying the administrative instruction. The relatively low cultural quality of the farmers directly influences their acceptance of legal knowledge. The novel reveals that improving the legal consciousness of the farmers is still a big and difficult task. It also shows the author 's thinking about the rural values and the profound change of the interpersonal relationship in the period of social transition. |
