| 互联网已成为新时期高校思想政治工作的重要载体。全国高校思想政治工作会议之后,加强和改进高校网络文化建设的重要性日益凸显。当前高校网络文化建设在网络管理的体制机制、网络平台的建设水平、网络内容的建设质量、网络队伍建设等方面还存在一些问题。新形势下,高校应立足思想政治工作改革的大背景,从加强网络平台建设、加强网络队伍建设、完善网络评价机制、加强网络舆论引导、营造和谐网络环境等方面,加强和改进高校网络文化建设,着力提高师生网络意识和网络素养,切实提高网络育人的实效性和针对性。 |

| The Internet has become an important carrier of ideological and political work in colleges and universities in the new era. After the national conference on ideological and political work in colleges and universities, the importance of strengthening and improving the construction of network culture in colleges and universities is becoming increasingly prominent. At present, there are still some problems in such aspects as the system mechanism of network management, the construction level of network platform, the quality construction of network content and the construction of network team, etc. in the construction of university network culture. Under the new situation, universities should seize the opportunities provided by the reform background of ideological and political work to strengthen the construction of network platform and the network team construction, improve the network evaluation mechanism, strengthen the network of public opinion guidance, and create a harmonious network environment, so as to strengthen and improve the network culture, improve students awareness of the network and the network literacy, and improve the effectiveness and pertinence of network education. |
