| 近年来,东营市在金融扶贫方面取得了一定成效,但在扶贫过程中也存在金融扶贫对象精准定位难、金融扶贫项目精准选取难、金融扶贫资金供给和融资需求精准对接难、金融精准扶贫动力激发难、金融精准扶贫效果考核难等突出问题,因此,要提升东营市金融扶贫精准性,就要多角度识别贫困户、广维度考察扶贫项目、全方位提升金融扶贫供需对接精准性、构建完善的扶贫政策体系和激励考核机制。 |

| The Ways to Improve Accuracy of Financial Poverty Alleviation in Dongying City |

| Abstract: |
| In recent years, Dongying city has made a great progress in poverty alleviation funding. However, it is still facing some challenges in aspects of precise selection of financial poverty alleviation objects,precise selection of financial poverty alleviation projects, precisely matching supply of financial poverty alleviation funds and financing needs, stimulating the efforts and the assessment of poverty alleviation effects. This study introduces and evaluates the ways to improve accuracy of poverty alleviation funding, including identifying poverty households from multiple perspectives, inquiring poverty alleviation projects widely, utilizing policies accurately in an all-round way and establishing a complete policy system and operational mechanism. |
