| 解放初期的工人虽然迎来了崭新的生活,但他们思想上一时还不能适应,对共产党针对工人阶级的政策不够了解或不够信任。路翎短篇小说集《朱桂花的故事》描写了解放初期的工人思想转变的艰难过程:工人要对自己“工人阶级”的身份产生认同感,女性工人还需要冲破旧的家庭观念对自己思想的束缚;即使是党员干部、军事代表,也需要在与工人的交往中完成自身的“再成长”,与工人一起转变为社会主义建设需要的“新人”。 |

| Although workers started a new life with the liberation in 1949, they still could not adapt to the changes. They did not understand or trust the "working class policy" of the Communist Party of China. Lu Ling 's short stories Zhu Guihua 's Story describes the difficult transformation process of the workers thought:workers should have a sense of identity of themselves; woman workers should break shackles on them by the old idea of family; even the Party cadres, the military representatives should complete their "growth" in their contact with workers and become "new people" together with workers for the socialist construction. |
