Abstract:
Faced with the difficult situation and severe challenges after the end of the Cultural Revolution, the Communist Party of China reconsidered the issue of intellectual class attribute, cleared up the chaos in intellectual policy, and regained their political recognition. After the drastic changes of Soviet Union and Eastern Europe, the Communist Party of China innovated the system and mechanism and established the concept that everyone can be talented, implementing the strategy of reinvigorating China through science and education and human resources. As socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era, the CPC is continuously dedicated to the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and has carried out activities of "promoting the patriotic and hardworking spirit and building a new era of making contributions" among the broad masses of intellectuals. Through the investigation and analysis of this process, we can conclude that we should make clear the class attribute of intellectuals, meet their basic interests and needs, do the intellectual work well, and arouse their patriotic feelings, etc.
