| 为了适应新时代中国特色社会主义的发展需要,确保中国共产党永葆旺盛的生命力和强大的战斗力,以习近平为核心的党中央对新时代党的建设理论进行了发展,在十九大报告中既提出了此前党代会报告所没有的新思想、新要求,也在此前党代会报告和党的十八以来党的建设实践的基础上提出了不少新思路、新举措。这不仅丰富和发展了马克思主义政党建设理论和党的建设理论,而且将有力推动新时代党的建设,进一步提高党的执政能力和领导水平,同时向世界各国政党贡献了在党的建设上的中国智慧和中国方案。 |

| The New Development of Party Building Theory in the New Era and Its Significance |

| In order to meet the needs of the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era and ensure the vitality and powerful fighting capacity of the Communist Party of China, the Party Central Committee, with Xi Jinping as the core, has developed the building theory of the Party in the new era. The report at 19th CPC National Congress puts forward new ideas and new requirements that are not in previous congress reports, and new thought and new measures on the basis of the previous congress reports and building practice of the Party since the 18th CPC National Congress. This not only enriches and develops the building theory of Marxist political party and the building theory of the Party, but also promotes the building of the Party in the new era, and further improves the Party 's governing and leading ability. At the same time, it has contributed to the parties in the world the Chinese wisdom and China 's plan in the building of the Party. |
