大众化教育时代研究生导师与学生和谐关系的构建

摘要:
大众化教育时代,研究生师生在教育关系、心理关系和伦理关系方面均存在不同程度的异化和失谐。从研究生导师视角看,导师应以道德教育为基石构建和谐的伦理关系,以实践教育和成才教育为起点和目标构建和谐的教育关系,以情感教育为纽带构建和谐的心理关系。导师从这些互为关联的方面努力完善自我,才能在研究生大众化教育时代发挥主导作用,建立和谐的师生关系,提高研究生教育质量,实现教学相长、师生共赢。

Abstract:
The postgraduate education in China has entered the era of popularization. There are different degrees of alienation and unsuitability in the educational relationship, psychological relationship and ethical relationship between postgraduates and teachers. It is suggested that the teacher should take moral education as the foundation to construct harmonious ethical relationship, take practical education and talent education as the starting point and aim to construct harmonious educational relationship, and construct harmonious psychological relationship with emotional education as the link. In order to play the leading role in the era of popularized postgraduate education, tutors should try to improve themselves from these interrelated aspects. Efforts should be made to establish the harmonious teacher-student relationship and improve the quality of postgraduate education so as to achieve a win-win situation between tutors and postgraduates.
