| 农村一二三产业融合发展是促进农村发展、农业转型升级和农民增收的必然要求,也是构建我国现代农业经济体系的有效路径。降低交易成本、创新驱动、消费结构变化、政府政策是农村一二三产业融合发展的动力。学者们从不同角度对产业融合进行的多种形式的分类有助于认识农村一二三产业融合发展的内涵。用分工理论审视我国农村一二三产业融合发展,必须围绕“农村”展开,坚持从技术融合走向产品融合,把新产业、新业态、新模式的诞生作为发生融合的标准。推进我国农村一二三产业融合发展可采取以下措施:在农村打造出优势主导产业；培育多元化的融合主体；发展新产业、新业态、新模式；建立与农户利益紧密联结的机制等。 |

| The integrative development of primary, secondary and tertiary industries in the countryside is the necessary requirement for promoting rural development, agricultural transformation and upgrading, and increasing farmers income. It is also the effective path to build our modern agricultural economic system. Reducing transaction cost, innovation driving, changing of consumption structure and government policy are the factors that drive the integrative development. Scholars have made classifications of industry integration in various forms from different aspects, which contribute much to the understanding of the connotation of the integrative development of primary, secondary and tertiary industries of countryside. To examine the development with labor division theory, we must focus on the rural nature and adhere to the way from technology integration to product integration. The birth of new industry, new form of business and new pattern shall be the standard of the integration.We can take the following measures:to create a dominant industry in rural area; to cultivate a diverse and integrated subjects; to develop new industries, new form of business and new pattern; to establish a mechanism that is closely linked to the farmers benefit, etc. |
