| 2020年伊始,湖北省武汉市爆发了由新型冠状病毒引起的肺炎疫情,并迅速向全省和全国其他地区蔓延。面对来势汹汹的病魔,党中央临危不乱、指挥若定,科学领导、精准施策;广大党员践行初心使命、冲锋在前;基层党组织充分发动人民群众、紧紧依靠人民群众,打响了疫情防控阻击战。中国共产党集中统一领导是战胜疫情的最大政治优势、牢记全心全意为人民服务的宗旨是战胜疫情的内在力量、中国特色社会主义举国体制是战胜疫情的重要法宝、充分依靠中国特色社会主义法治是战胜疫情的重要手段、统筹疫情防控与经济发展是战胜疫情的必要保证,这是中国战胜疫情的基本经验。中国式“战疫”史前未有、世所罕见,为其他国家防控疫情提供了重要借鉴,为世界赢得“机会窗口”,在世界历史中成为全民抗疫的典范。 |

| At the very beginning of 2020, Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia Epidemic struck Wuhan, Hubei province, and spread rapidly to other parts of the province and other parts of the country. In the face of the coming disease, the CPC Central Committee is ready to take the lead in a scientific way and makes precise measures. The majority of Party members carry out their original mission and fight ahead. The grass-roots party organizations fully mobilize the people and rely on the people to launch the battle against the epidemic. The centralized and unified leadership of the Communist Party of China is the biggest political advantage in overcoming the epidemic. Bearing in mind the purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly is the inner strength to win the battle against the epidemic. The socialist national system with Chinese characteristics is an important weapon in the fight against the epidemic. Relying fully on the socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics is an important means to defeat the epidemic, and coordinating the prevention and control of the epidemic and economic development is necessary guarantee to defeat the epidemic. These are the basic experience of fighting against the epidemic. The Chinese style "war against epidemic" is unprecedented and rare in the world, which provides a powerful reference for other countries to prevent and control the epidemic, wins the "window of opportunity" for the world, and becomes a model of people 's war against the epidemic in the world history. |
