| 发挥网络意识形态的安全效能是建设网络强国,掌握网络意识形态领导权、管理权、话语权的关键。当前,网络意识形态安全效能受到网络意识形态传播的技术风险、话语风险及传播实践中知行断裂等现实挑战,网络意识形态安全效能的发挥受到马克思主义中国化时代化大众化的理论创新、对网络非马克思主义的本质揭露与批判、网络技术意识形态化与意识形态传播网络化的深刻影响。应对这些挑战应当在强化党管意识形态的原则、推动意识形态话语创新、创新网络传播技术和增强网络意识形态真实感等方面优化网络意识形态安全效能的路径,巩固马克思主义在网络意识形态领域的指导地位。 |

| Bringing into play the security effectiveness of network ideology is the key to mastering the power of network ideology leadership and the right to speak and building a network power. At present, the security effectiveness of network ideology is challenged by the technical risks of network ideology, the risk of discourse and the flaws of knowledge and practice in communication practice. The security effectiveness of network ideology is influenced by the popularization of Marxism in China. The essence of Marxism reveals the profound influence of the criticism of reality and the ideology of network technology and the network of ideology. Responding to these challenges should optimize the path of social ideology security effectiveness in strengthening the principles of party ideology, promoting ideological discourse innovation, innovating network communication technology and enhancing the ideology of network ideology, and consolidating the guiding position of Marxism in the network ideology field. |
