| 青年是国家和民族的希望,青年的价值取向决定了未来整个社会的价值取向。习近平视“人格”为“精神修养的集中体现”,在他关于青年发展的重要思想中,已然内蕴着对青年人格理想的期许,展现了“为什么加强青年人格教育”“青年人格是什么”以及“如何开展青年人格教育”的思辨逻辑,是他青年人格观的彰显。“理想人格”是作为类主体的人应该达至的做人目标、理想状态和修养境界,“青年理想人格”就是青年群体所应达至的人格理想和境界。整体而言,习近平的青年人格观内涵了四层意蕴:一是立志明辨,培育理想信念人格;二是修德爱国,挺立责任担当人格;三是求学问道,凸显勤学好学人格;四是笃实力行,力求创新躬行人格。青年人格理想,以“志”为端,强调“德”“学”并进,最终落实于“行”。同时,从习近平多次讲话中,亦可梳理出培育新时代青年理想人格的实践路径,即组织思想引导、榜样模范引领、优秀传统文化熏陶与自我实践养成。 |

| Youth is the hope of the country and the nation. The value orientation of youth determines the value orientation of the whole society in the future. Xi Jinping regards personality as a concentrated embodiment of spiritual cultivation. In his important thoughts on the development of youth, he already contains the expectation of youth personality ideals, showing why we should strengthen youth personality education, what is youth personality and how to develop youth personality education. Ideal personality is the life goal, ideal state and cultivation state that the person as the subject should achieve. The youth ideal personality is the ideal and realm of personality that the youth group should achieve. Xi Jinping 's youth personality concept has four layers of connotation:the first is to identify and discriminate, to cultivate ideals and beliefs; the second is to cultivate morality and patriotism, to stand up for responsibility; the third is to seek knowledge, to highlight learning personality; the fourth is to strive for doing and to strive for innovation. To cultivate the ideal youth personality, we shall start from aspiration, emphasize both virtue and learning, and finally practice. At the same time, from many speeches of the general secretary, we can sort out the practical path of cultivating the ideal personality of young people in the new era, that is, organizational thought guidance, role model guidance, excellent traditional cultural influence and self-practice. |
