| “一带一路”倡议是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分,其内涵丰富、意蕴深刻。在马克思主义哲学视域下,“一带一路”倡议具有四重哲学意蕴。从马克思的世界历史理论、中国与世界的历史关联以及人类文化文明的交往史上看,“一带一路”倡议具有历史性；从“一带一路”倡议助力解决世界性贫困难题、强力破解旧国际秩序命题、有力回应其他全球性问题上来看,它具有现实性；从“一带一路”倡议生动诠释了“为了谁”“依靠谁”“谁来享”的问题上看,它彰显了人民性；从“一带一路”要建设成“和合共生、互利共赢”的繁荣之路、“开放包容、互学互鉴”的文明之路和“共商共治、共建共享”的创新之路上来看,它突显了目标性。 |

| The Belt and Road Initiatives is an important part of Xi Jingping 's thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics and has rich connotations and implications. From the perspective of Marxist philosophy, it has four philosophical implications. It is of historic importance from the views of Marx 's theory of world history, the historical connection between China and the world, and the history of human cultural communication. It is practical in that it helps solve the problem of world poverty, forcefully cracking the proposition of the old international order, and echoing other global issues effectively. It highlights people 's orientation in that it vividly answers the questions of "for whom", "depending on whom" and "who will enjoy". It is well-targeted in that it is to build a path of prosperity featuring harmony, co-existence, mutual benefit and win-win, a path of civilization featuring openness, inclusiveness and mutual learning, and an innovative path featuring extensive consultation, governance, joint contribution and shared benefits. |
