| 大庆精神铁人精神的成功传播是以话语建构为基础的,运用费尔克拉夫的话语社会变迁理论,从文本建构、传播话语、精神话语的社会影响三个维度对其展开分析。研究表明,大庆精神铁人精神的文本话语具有政治性、象征性、直观性特点,其话语建构经历了自上而下、被最高权力认可的过程；媒介传播以通过场景、语言、情感、事件塑造典型的方式进行话语建构,具有鲜明特色:马克思主义意识形态性、军事化色彩、情感乐观昂扬、经验体和语录体。大庆精神铁人精神被塑造为石油战线的意识形态“宪法”,被固化为企业管理的文化之根,以话语建构为载体,借助媒介传播,不断与时俱进,传承核心价值观,对奋斗求索中的中国社会产生了强大助推力。 |

| The Discourse Construction of the Daqing Spirit and Ironman Spirit |

| The successful communication of Daqing spirit and ironman spirit is based on the construction of discourse, which is analyzed from the three dimensions of text construction, communication discourse and social influence of spiritual discourse by applying Fairclough 's discourse social change theory. The research shows that the textual discourse of Daqing spirit and ironman spirit is characterized by political, symbolic and intuitive features, and its discourse construction has gone through a process from top to bottom and was recognized by the high authorities. Media discourse constructs the spirit in typical ways of setting, language, emotion and event, and has distinct characteristics:Marxist ideology, militarization, emotional optimism, experience and quotation. Daqing spirit and ironman spirit are shaped as the ideological "constitution" of the oil front and solidified as the cultural root of enterprise management. With discourse construction as the carrier and media communication, Daqing spirit and ironman spirit keep pace with the times and inherits the core values, which gives a strong impetus to the struggling Chinese society. |
