| Abstract: |
| Chinese socialist constitutional building is a major part of building socialist political civilization with Chinese characteristic, and it is also the necessary way of building up the pacific and stable socialist constitutional order. From the year 1954 when the constitution of the People' Republic of China established the people's democratic and socialist principle to the year 2004 when the amendment of the constitution was published and executed, Chinese socialist constitutional building have gone through a 50-year hard course. Exploring the course of it, generalizing its historic experience provide an important theoretical enlightenment and historic warning for building today's socialist political civilization and socialist harmonious society. |
