从“中国年”到“孔子学院”——文化传播与国家形象的柔性塑造

摘要:
让世界了解中国,塑造良好的国家形象有多种途径。在全球化时代,国家形象的柔性塑造通过文化传播方式得以实现。但中国目前的文化传播仍处于“文化逆差”状态,如何加快对外文化交流,有效传播中国的声音和形象成为当务之急。需要构建文化传播的完整战略体系,注重互动交流;整合文化资源,推介中国传统文化和现代文明的新貌;积极利用各种媒介工具,将一个发展、开放、传统文化和现代文明相融合的全新中国展示给世界。

Abstract:
The world should learn the reality in China. There are various ways to molding the good national image has. At the globalization age, culture communication is a gentle way. But our country is still placed under the circumstances of severe imbalance of cultural exchanges, i.e. cultural exchange surplus currently. So how to speed up external cultural interaction, and spread the voice and image of China have become an urgent issue now. We should set up the complete strategic system of the cultural communication, integrate cultural resources to recommend Chinese traditional culture and modern civilization and make use of various media actively so as to show a progressive, open and new China to the world.
