| 在中国大陆和中国台湾相继加入WTO以后,海峡两岸在各个领域的交流日益密切。在经济全球化背景下,海峡两岸优势互补,大力开展在石油石化领域的经贸合作,不仅有利于发展两岸经济,而且有利于确立双方在国际石油石化新格局中的优势地位。海峡两岸在石油石化领域共谋发展的前景是广阔的,但同时也存在阻碍两岸经贸发展的消极因素,应努力消除障碍,实现两岸石油石化行业的共同繁荣。 |

| Abstract: |
| After entering WTO, the exchanges by the two sides of the cross straits in every fields is on the increase. Under economic globalization backgrounds, the two sides have complementary advantages and carry out the economic and trade cooperation in petroleum and petrochemical fields, which is not only beneficial to developing economy, but also to establishing each advantageous position in the new pattern of international petroleum and petrochemical industries. The two sides of the cross straits have bright prospects for seeking co development of petroleum and petrochemical fields. At the same time there also exist some negative factors that hinder the development of economy and trade by the two sides. Therefore great efforts should be made to remove the obstacles so as to increase prosperity of petroleum and petrochemical industries for the two sides. |
