论中国教师专业化制度的构建与完善

摘要:
当前,中国教师专业化正处于发展的困境中,教师专业化制度尚未完善。其主要原因是对教师专业内涵的理解较为模糊,专业认可程度偏低,专业准入制度不够完善,重视群体专业化忽视个体专业化,教师专业的职前培养与职后培训缺乏连贯性等。构建、完善中国教师专业化制度,应当深化对教师专业化内涵的认识,提高教师专业的认可度,健全教师准入制度,注重教师个体的专业发展,完善教师培训体系。

Abstract:
At present, there are some problems in the progress of teachers professionalization, and the system of teachers professionalization is not consummate. The main reasons are misunderstanding on the definition, the low degree of professional approval, the incomplete professional entrance system, the ignorance of teacher 's individual professionalization while emphasizing teachers group professionalization, and the lacks of the continuity in teacher 's specialized training and so on. In order to construct and consummate the system, we have to deepen the realization on the definition, improve the approval of teachers profession, complete the teachers entrance system, emphasize the teacher's individual professionalization, and push forward the teachers training system.
