| Industrial technology innovation has a determinative effect on the development of the country 's industry and the improvement of its international competitiveness, so every country has adopted corresponding policies to promote national technological innovation. Government Procurement which is practiced in many countries has been proven an effective tool. At present, China 's use of government procurement to promote industrial technology innovation has met lots of issues, so China should learn experience from abroad and take measures to improve the government procurement to promote China's industrial technological innovation. |
