| 20世纪50年代初期,苏联远东地区的石油生产和加工主要集中在萨哈林、哈巴等地,除部分满足地区需要外,还向东北亚地区的社会主义国家输出。在冷战对峙急剧升级的国际环境下,苏联远东地区相对有限的石油运输、生产和加工能力既具有地区意义更具有国际影响。 |

| Abstract: |
| The production, as well as the processing of crude oil in Soviet Far East in early 1950s was concentrated in the areas such as Sakhalin Island, Khabarovsk Kray and so on. The crude oil and petroleum products could partly meet local needs, simultaneously were exported to socialist coutries in Northeast Asia. Under the escalating situation of the Cold War, the comparatively limited ability of transportation, production and its processing capability in Soviet Far East not only possessed crucial local impact but a certain international influence as well. |
