| Abstract: |
| In naturalistic writings, the pellucidity of ideology-related social, political, moral, and religious themes in traditional literature begins to disappear. Instead there come grand and unclear subject matters of human nature and destiny, in the frame of which, imagery begins to take the central place of a work, replacing the exact narrative intention, or the specific ideational subject, that derives from the original system of conception. Naturalism is thus the beginning of Modernism. |
