| Abstract: |
| With the rapid development of science and technology, institutions of higher learning pay more and more attention to the construction of creative teams. However, there are still many problems in the self construction and exterior environment of creative team in institutions of higher learning. Since the construction of creative team is a complicated systematic project, institutions of higher learning must base its construction on collecting contingent of disciplines as its basis, the cultivation of excellent academic leaders as its core, building harmonious humanistic environment as its key so as to propel its healthy development. |
