| 熵定律(即热力学第二定律)告诉人们:每当能量从一种状态转化到另一种状态时,人们会“得到一定的惩罚”,这个惩罚就是人们损失了能在将来用于作某种功的一定的能量。在熵定律的框架下,人们应树立一种新的宇宙观、世界观和历史观。这种新的世界观下的生存发展方式,即发展能源节约、环境友好的和谐社会,走可再生能源和新能源的能源发展新路,将是符合熵定律发展的最佳道路。 |

| Abstract: |
| This paper elicits a new philosophical reflection on the attitudes of the universe, the world and the human history under the framework of the second law of thermodynamics. It gives a general review of the development of the western world view and through applying the entropy law to the social field suggests a brandnew existence and development mode for mankind. The law of thermodynamics indicates that the optimum choice for mankind is the road of environmentfriendly and sustainable energy development by means of exploitation and making the best use of renewable energy resources. |
