| 运用SWOT分析法对行业性高校自主招生的内部优势和劣势、外部机会和威胁进行全面分析后,笔者认为行业性高校自主招生工作应该根据学校的具体情况,实施差异化策略、集中化策略、前瞻者策略、分析者策略,从而使行业性高校的自主招生在激烈的生源竞争中,做到知己知彼,百战不殆,更好地为高校优秀人才的选拔和培养服务。 |

| Inner advantages and disadvantages, and outer chances and threats are analyzed by employing the method of SWOT. Through the analysis, a conclusion has been drawn that the strategies of differentiae, centralization, forwardlooking persons and analysts aree employed in the course of selfdetermination enrollment with the purpose of knowing about the source of students completely in order to do a better service to the selection and cultivation of excellence. |
