| 蒂布特提出地方政府竞争理论后,很多学者对此理论进行了验证,并对其正效应予以认可。地方政府竞争能够提高公共产品的供给质量和供给效率,加快制度创新,规范地方政府的行为。国家应该构建和维护地方政府竞争的良好规则,探索规范、有序的地方政府竞争模式,以期增进福利、提高效率。 |

| Abstract: |
| Since Tiebout raised the theory of local government competition, some scholars validated the theory and affirmed the positive effects of it. Local government competition produces some effects such as improving quality and efficiency of public goods supply, speeding up institution innovation and ruling the behaviors of local government. The paper analyzes the formation mechanism of it. The policy implications of constructing fine orders and extending the local government competition are put forward. |
