| 海峡两岸油气公司已合作多年,但政治原因导致合作规模有限、互信缺乏、机制尚未建立。两岸油气工业在人才、技术、国际环境、国际经营经验、合作目标等方面具有互补性。加强两岸的油气工业合作,需要建立互信;合作的领域可以先从非传统能源领域开始,延伸至传统油气领域;扩大和延伸现有油气合作项目;建立有效、长期、稳定、畅通的油气合作沟通渠道,实现两岸油气企业交流常态化、信息透明化、合作正常化。 |

| Abstract: |
| There is a long cooperation history between oil and gas companies of the mainland China and Taiwan. But because of political reasons, this cooperation has a limited scope, lack of mutual trust and has no cooperation mechanism established. There are strong complementarities between the oil and gas industry of mainland China and Taiwan in the areas like human resources, international environment, international operation and management experiences, and unity of cooperation goal. To promote the intercoastal cooperation in oil and gas, we both parties should build up mutual trust, initiate cooperation in new energy exploration and production, which is less sensible to politics, and extends their cooperation to conventional oil and gas sector. To sustain the cooperation, an effective, longterm, stable and allweathered channel for the intercommunication between oil and gas companies is a must, which makes regular communication and in-time exchange of ideas of companies possible. |
