| 在总结国内外投资环境评价方法的基础上,运用主成分分析法,可初步构建中国石油企业投资非洲的环境评价模型,对非洲的19个产油国进行环境评价。然后从中非关系角度入手,并参考国际石油公司在非洲的竞争情况,选取三个新的指标,以完善模型。模型结果显示:安哥拉、苏丹等国投资环境较好,贝宁、喀麦隆等国投资环境较差,从而为中国石油企业投资非洲提供参考。 |

| Abstract: |
| This paper summarizes some assessment methods of investment environments at home and abroad, initially constructs environmental assessment model of China 's petroleum companies investment in Africa to assess the investment environments of 19 oil\|producing countries in Africa, based on principal component analysis. Then, it selects three new indicators to better the model from aspects of Sino\|African relations and competition of international petroleum companies in Africa. The result shows that the investment environments in Angola and Sudan are much better, but the investment environments in Cameroon and Benin are much poorer, which can provide reference for China 's petroleum companies investment in Africa. |
