| 建国后周恩来认真总结历史经验,提出了以反腐倡廉为重点的廉政思想。以为人民服务为核心的公仆观是周恩来廉政建设思想的逻辑起点。周恩来廉政建设思想包括:教育是根本;制度是保证;监督是关键;民主是依靠;干部是重点;勤俭建国是表现等。周恩来廉政建设思想为中国当前的反腐倡廉建设提供了重要借鉴。 |

| After the People 's Republic of China was founded, Zhou Enlai summed up the main points of historical experience and advanced a theory which regarded incorruption as its main point. The concept of public servant which treated incorrupt construction as its main point is the logical start of anti\|corruption campaign theory. Zhou Enlai 's anti\|corruption campaign theory includes the following content:Education is the basis; institution is the guaranty; supervision is the key component; democracy is the support; cadre is the key point; building the country with diligence and thrift is the representation. Zhou Enlai 's anti\|corruption campaign theory sets a good example of the incorrupt construction of modern society. |
