| 苏丹石油资源丰富,为了开发本国的石油资源,苏丹政府出台了一系列鼓励投资的优惠政策,为中苏石油合作提供了机会。经过10多年的不懈努力,中国已在苏丹逐步形成集生产、精炼、运输、销售于一体的完整的石油工业产业链,中国与苏丹在石油领域的合作堪称中国在非洲实施“走出去”战略的成功典范。同时,中苏石油合作也面临着诸多挑战,为了进一步加强中苏之间的石油合作,建议进一步深化双方在政治领域的合作,扩大经济贸易规模,加强与当地石油企业、欧美石油公司的合作。 |

| Challenges and Measures of Petroleum Cooperation between China and Sudan |

| Abstract: |
| Sudan is abundant in petroleum resources. In order to develop its petroleum resources, Sudan has offered a series of favored polices to encourage petroleum investment, providing an opportunity of making the petroleum cooperation between China and Sudan. Sudan is one of earliest destinations of China's overseas seeking oil. After more than ten years of sustained efforts, China already formed a complete chain of petroleum industry, including production, refining, transportation and marketing. The petroleum cooperation between China and Sudan is seen as a successful modal for China to implement the "going overseas" strategy in Africa. At the same time, the petroleum cooperation between China and Sudan is facing a lot of challenges. It recommended that to deepen further bilateral cooperation in the political field, to expand economic and trade scale, to strengthen the cooperation with the local oil companies of Sudan and European and American oil companies and so on. |
