| There are so many problems such as many points, wide range, long line and so on in the construction teams of the external petroleum engineering market of Zhongyuan Oilfield, resulting in difficulty of the security of supply of materials, difficulty of cost control, dispersed reserves, multi level sub library, logistics facilities and low utilization rate. There are conflicts between the objective demand of external petroleum engineer spot and the existing policies. For the problems of the external petroleum engineering supplies and the needs of the outside petroleum engineering market, the original oil supplies government departments establish a new mode which is under the framework of regional integration management for the external petroleum engineering market. Remarkable results have been achieved in the initial explorations, but also some useful enlightenment. |
