| 把东营建设成为区域物流中心城市,对于推进黄河三角洲高效生态经济区建设有着重大的意义。东营物流业发展具有诸多有利条件和机遇,如 黄河三角洲开发进入国家战略层次,区位优势明显,经济快速发展等,但也存在着基础设施落后、物流观念落后、规划不协调等问题,同时面临着激烈的地区竞争,在全国、全省物流规划中地位较低等威胁。东营具备了发展区域物流中心城市的独特条件,优势大于劣势,机遇与威胁并存,必须有针对性地采取措施,努力开创出物流业发展的新局面。 |

| Abstract: |
| To build Dongying into a regional logistics center city has great significance on pushing on the development of the high-efficiency ecological economic zone of the Yellow River Delta. There are many favorable conditions and opportunities for Dongying logistics development, such as the development of the Yellow River Delta region into national strategy, obvious location advantages and rapid economic development. However, there still exist some problems, such as under-developed infrastructure, backward logistics conception and inconsistent development planning. At the same time, it is confronted with a lot of threats, like fierce regional competition, the lower status in logistics planning of Shandong Province, even of the whole country, etc. Dongying has the unique conditions to develop the regional logistics center city. Opportunities and challenges exist side by side. We should act now to develop the modern logistics industry in Dongying City. |
