| 改革开放以来,随着社会主义市场经济的不断完善、政治改革的稳步推进和文化的日益多元化发展,中国民间组织也呈现出不断增长的态势。民间组织的发展对法治政府建设具有极大的促进作用:有利于制定代表广大人民群众根本利益和意志的“良法”;有利于形成监督、制约行政权力的组织力量;有利于完善保障公民权利的社会机制;有利于政府职能转变、建立有限政府。在当前中国法治政府建设过程中,应该积极培育、正确引导民间组织的发展,推动中国法治政府建设。 |

| The emergence of Civil Organizations in China results from the development of the economy, politics and culture and Civil Organizations mostly develop from top to bottom and develop from the bottom up since china 's reform and opening up. It is important to improve nomocracy building. It is propitious to legislate, restrict the power, safeguard the civil rights, and build the restricted government. Full play of the Civil Organizations should be given to putting forward the building of nomocracy. |
