| 黄河三角洲地区正面临大开发的历史关键时期,建立地区文献信息资源保障体系必要而紧迫,建立文献信息资源共享机制是为黄河三角洲大开发提供文献保障的必要途径。黄河三角洲高效生态经济区开发建设需要充足的文献信息资源,但目前该地区的文献资源现状是文献信息总量不足、文献分布不平衡、缺乏有效的文献共享、信息资源建设没有统筹协作,因此,建立地区文献共建共享机制意义重大。建立黄河三角洲文献共建共享机制,需要成立主管机构统筹协调,要建立网络共享平台,并且要发挥高校图书馆服务地方的功能。 |

| Abstract: |
| The Yellow River Delta area is faced with a historical and critical period of great development. So it is urgent and necessary to set up a document information resource guarantee system in this area. To establish a document information resource sharing mechanism is an effective way to provide document guarantee for the development of the Yellow River Delta. Plenitudinous document information resources are needed for the development of the Yellow River Delta high efficiency economic and ecological zone. Unfortunately, the document information resources in this area are insufficient, unevenly distributed, inefficiently shared, poorly planned and coordinated. For these reasons, it is of great significance to establish a regional document information resource sharing mechanism, which makes it necessary to set up a department responsible for coordination, a platform for network sharing and make the best of university libraries for local services. |
